I was delighted to find this photo blog about readers on the New York City subway. “Underground New York Public Library” is a project by photographer Ourit Ben-Haim. She says the blog is like a library that “freely lends out a reminder that we’re capable of traveling to great depths within ourselves and as a whole.”

In our work, a great candid photo is the holy grail of any campus shoot. When we write a photo script we often have one goal in mindto capture an unguarded scene when students and professors are caught in the midst of their work, practice or play.

Ben-Haim’s blog is a wonderful collection of those candid moments.
